It’s that moment when I’m outside, usually, and my chest sinks just a little bit. It’s more likely to happen in real big beauty, but not all the time. Sometimes it’s just the backyard or on a neighborhood walk. It nearly always triggers me to take a deeeeeep breath and just pause. I stay still in these moments and my senses come alive, all of them. There is a rush to the capillaries and it’s sorta like I get a soft reset on my mind, my body, my life.
Vistas. Cool mountain air. Standing in a river. They can all trigger me to breathe intentionally.
When was the last time you had a soft reset?
Go for the drop.
